Friday night my husband and I had a little date. We grabbed a bite at Flame Broiler and saw Elysium. It was a nice night since I don't get dressed up much these days. I'm usually wearing workout attire.

J.Crew top, wedges, & bracelet; BRFS skirt, S&D necklace
A couple of days ago someone commented that I wear a lot of pencil skirts and jeans. Which is in fact the truth. It kind of bothered me. I started to think how can I wear more than just jeans and pencil skirts. That's basically all I have in my closet. I do have 3-4 dresses, green chino cropped pants, and a pair of white jeans and black jeans.
Obviously I'm super comfortable in my skirts and jeans because dresses and other pants look weird on me. Believe me I do try to wear other things but they just look silly. If I was a size 00-4 I would like to think I could pull anything off. Since I'm not, you skinny ladies will have to clue me in. Can you wear anything being some tiny?

The little one was picking flowers for me. I wore this last Sunday. Now that fall will be approaching I should be back to blogger more again. I'm not a fan of summer outfits. I hate knee length shorts.

Friday night we went to a ward Ice Cream Social. Ice cream and a movie. We didn't stay for the movie. They played Up. I was kind hoping for a fun movie like That Thing You Do. We ate Kurt's homemade pb cup ice cream and then left. Not exactly my idea of a fun Friday night but the kiddos enjoyed it.

I'm seriously in love with this whole outfit. I am kinda in love with bright yellow right now. Whether it's a great pair of neon yellow pumps, bright yellow stripes on a top, or this yellow citron skirt.

I had to get dressed today and go out in public.
On another note I can't decide if I should keep getting the blond and caramel weave that my hairdresser has been putting in my hair. What do you lovely readers think, keep or go dark brown?
