I wore this outfit a couple of Sundays ago when my camera was broken so no pics were taken. I thought it was definitely worth a second wear. I don't usually like green but I do love this skirt and the fit is great and honestly any chance I get to wear this necklace again I do!
Over this last week we've been hanging out with my sister in law and her family. My kids love spending time with their cousins. We also had a baptism. Breckin turned 8 this month and he was baptized last Saturday. It was a great day. Afterwards we went to Del Taco for lunch.

A few weekends ago my husband went to a work conference in Scottsdale, AZ. The resort was Westin Kierland. The company don't allow family during the conference onlt before or after and I've never joined him either pre or post conference. Since the conference was in AZ, just a short 6 hr drive away, I decided it was time. Bright and early Friday morning I loaded up the car and drove to Scottsdale.
I was well prepared this trip as fair as resort/vacation wear was concerned. In the past not so much! I actually felt cute, casual, and comfortable all at the same time. When we went on our 10 yr anniversary cruise last year I tried my hardest for those 3 things but it just didn't work out for me. I was even prepared with my camera (rarely took out the camera on the cruise) all ready to take a billion pictures of our small family having fun...that didn't work (camera broke on the first day). I did snap quite a few pics on my iphone and posted on IG @methodclothe.
Back to the clothes and such here are some of the purchases I made specifically for resort/vacation wear!
