watch the wedding? To be honest I was totally like who cares, blah. I recorded it anyway and watched it this morning. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. The bride and groom looked amazing. It was interesting to hear about the traditions. It was fun.
I threw this outfit together in about 10 seconds.

Good news: Baby didn't wake up while I was blogging. I'm going to a Emergency Preparedness Fair tomorrow. It's held at my church building. If I learn anything I'll share. It's always good to be prepared.

Please ignore my hair. I am having a bad hair month. I got it cut at an awkward length and it just looks crazy but I love this outfit. Sweater, top, and shorts are all new items I picked up last week. I think they would nicely together. I can't say enough how much I love these shorts. It's been a while since I have wore denim shorts. Have I said that sweaters on my best friends right now. I am wearing them all the time. (necklace: Target, flats: Nine West, sweater, top, and shorts: BRFS)Bad news: Older child woke younger child up. AHHHHH!!!! I was enjoying my peace and quite time.

Here's what I did this weekend:
Painted a bathroom, made yummy cupcakes, and hung out with my sweet family.

I know this is a super boring outfit but everyone always dresses bright and cheey on Easter Sunday. I decided to be dark and sinister. Totally kidding. On my shopping excursion last week I only bought casual clothes. No new church stuff.
Good news: I recycled lots of cans and plastic bottles on Friday. I got $60. More shopping!!! Woohooo

I made a commitment to myself that I would post regularly. I haven't done so well this week. My excuses are 1) baby: she takes up a lot of time as a baby well should. She makes me happy so I don't mind. 2) mom: I have been helping her clean, organize, decorate, paint her house. It's a big job. It's coming along nice. 3) book club: I've never been in a book club before but I thought it would be fun to try. I gotta finish the book by May 27th.Doing anything exciting this weekend? What are you plans for Easter?
I guess that's it for the excuses. LAME.
I have been thinking about doing one on those getting to know you posts where you answer random questions. I think those are always fun. Also I did get in some shopping in at my local outlet mall. I bought some stuff. I'll share that soon.

I had big plans today. I wanted to go to the thrift store. It didn't happened. I struggle with getting out of the house if I have to go anywhere by myself. I can go to the grocery store with the kids but I just didn't feel like going to a thrift store with them. The hubby will have to take me. I'm such a wimp. Although last time I was over by the thrift store I was walking into another store and three creepy people said hello to me. There is good reason to not go out alone.
On another note, I totally love purple and coral together.

I tryed all day to post this. I couldn't get away from baby. She wouldn't let me put her down yesterday. I was happy to hold her. They only stay little for so long right? Good news: I started operation lose pregnancy weight today. I walked a mile. I've very proud of myself. It's a small accomplishment but important to me. More good news...birthday in Vegas this summer. We are going to see Mystere. I'm so beyond excited. I have wanted to see a Cirque show forEVER.

Today was such a great day. Baby Ellary was blessed at church. We had friends and family that came to the blessing and also came over to our house afterwards to have lunch and celebrate. Saturday my visiting teachers had a baby shower for me. It was so much fun. I have such sweet kind people around me. They did a great job and Ellary got some of the cutest clothes and other baby stuff that I have ever seen. I am so blessed. I just love having a girl. It makes me happy.

OMGosh. I can't get enough of the new arrivals at DEB. I always procrastinate buying from them and then the items are always gone by the time I decide to commit to a purchase. I love this dress. It looks like an Anthro dress RIGHT? I NEED IT! I can't procrastinate this time!!!

I am confused. There is a fashion blogger who deletes my comments on her blog. I don't understand why. What on earth have a done? I haven't been mean to her or anyone else. I like clothes and that's what I blog about. I would really like to say who it is but I'm not going to cause that won't help.

Not really impressed with how I look today. The clothes are fine but I look kinda big. I'm super critical of how I look. Oh well.
Good news: party for baby this weekend and I finished sewing curtains for my dining room.

Saturday I needed a break. Sometime to myself. I went shopping. What better thing to do?! I got a few things. But more important than that I went to the newly opened Loft Outlet. I was stoked to see what was inside. WHAT A FREAKING LET DOWN! There was nothing worth spending my money on. I seriously thought I would walk in there and love everything on the racks. The clothes looked cheap and styles I would have wore a couple of years ago. They gave me a coupon for sometime in the month of May. I'll go back then but I won't hold my breath this time.
