Is anyone having problems with Blogger like me?

1. I can not comment on other blogs. Blogger keeps making me sign into blogger but then says I am anonymous.
2. My quick editing button will not appear.
3. GFC is not working. I have a huge blank space on my blog.

Blogger please get over your issues. It's bugging me.
