We went to a local minor league baseball game last weekend with some friends. It was a gorgeous night and the kids loved it. It's always great to do a family activity together. I figured this was perfect baseball attire...baseball tee and converse. Am I right? BTW this tee says "How are you" in french.

Last weekend we were invited to a lovely party thrown by some friends. It was a Valentines party. Food was delish. We played a fun Family feud style game and for dessert chocolate covered strawberries. If you follow me on IG you know how I feel about chocolate covered strawberries. So yummy. I wore something similar to the party. My husband and I went somewhere for lunch that day and I spilled on my pants so I had to change them and the shoes of course.

My first 11 days of the new year have been quite busy. It's been so busy it took me 6 days to post this outfit that I wore last Sunday. This was a hurry up and throw something on church starts at 9am oh shoot! LOL. This week we're been potty training the little one. My husband got a new job at the beginning of the year. Still adjusting to that also cleaning, de-cluttering, shopping etc and trying to figure what my goals/plans are for 2014. 



 

It was my husband bday on Saturday. We went on a day date to see Saving Mr. Banks. I thought it was a good movie and kinda made me tear up at the end. For dinner we went to Roadhouse. I had a burger. Not the best choice. I should have went with the petite filet mignon. Next time.

Let me tell you about this skirt. My friend Emily sent it to me this week. She picked it up at a J.Crew sample sale a couple of months ago. She sent me a pic of it via text message before she purchased it. I actually passed. I was like eh. She is brilliant though and purchased it. I'm so glad she did because it's a stunning one of a kind piece. It's fuzzy, soft, and so perfect for me. If she finds more one of a kind pieces like this I'll be a happy girl!

Found this top on Poshmark. I new that if I waited for this top to come on sale at JC it would already be sold out so I found a pretty decent deal on PM and I'm happy with it. I'll definitely be wearing this as a sunday outfit with a skirt & heels.
