Let me tell you about this skirt. My friend Emily sent it to me this week. She picked it up at a J.Crew sample sale a couple of months ago. She sent me a pic of it via text message before she purchased it. I actually passed. I was like eh. She is brilliant though and purchased it. I'm so glad she did because it's a stunning one of a kind piece. It's fuzzy, soft, and so perfect for me. If she finds more one of a kind pieces like this I'll be a happy girl!

We took a little vacation last week. We were celebrating out 10yr wedding anniversary. Our anniversary was in June but no cruises to the caribbean during the summer so that's why we opted for November. It was nice to leave the colder weather in CA for mostly sunny and warm weather in St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Nassau, Bahamas. I wouldn't say the port cities or the cruise was amazing but it was really nice to get a break from everyday life.

J.Crew sweater: love this
Ankle Cuff pumps: loving this
I've been obsessing over these ankle cuff pumps since I first laid eyes on them. There are occasionally things JC sells that can't be shipped or sold in CA. This heel is one of those items. So my amazing and gorgeous friend Emily (find her on Poshmark @ejworsham) found these beauties for me last weekend and shipped them. LOVE THEM!

I have adored ankle boots from afar because they never seemed to look right on me. I spotted this gorgeous boot at Marshall's last weekend and couldn't pass them up.
In other news my November style guide came in the mail.

I was seriously impressed with the new JCF arrival especially the pleated leather skirt. It's a great price compared to the two JC leather minis at $400 +. Love the factory versions of some of last years favorites and I always love a good bow flat!
