I'm been a little bit absent lately. For some reason I haven't felt like blogging instead I've been swimming for the last two weeks. That will probably continue through the summer. I've been teaching or trying to teach the little one to swim with her puddlejumper. She's still scared to let go but I'm sure by the end of swimming season she'll be able to kick her legs and swim all over the pool.

J.Crew, Gap Outlet, Ross, BCBG, Stella & Dot

 

I've been a little MIA this last week. I haven't felt like getting dressed but I thought I'd share my little heart sweater with you. I recently got this from a warehouse sale a Poshmark friend picked up for me. Seriously if there was a warehouse/sale in southern CA I'd be there every month. What a great way to get J.Crew items super cheap. I saw a gal on IG who went to the sale in Arden, NC and she found a collection skirt that retails for $600 and purchased for $40. How crazy is that. So jealous of these east coasters that can take advantage of these savings.

I recently sold me J.Crew Factory polka dot skirt. The navy and white one, smaller dots. I was happy to sell it because it no longer fit but I was in frantic mode to get another one in my closet. I bought this one NWT off eBay. Happy to have the dots back! Crisis efferted.

Thursday my husband and I went to the 9:30 showing for Iron Man cause he knew I wouldn't go see it for a date night for a few more weeks. I really hate crowds. Especially crowded theaters.

Unlike the previous J.Crew Factory sweater I wore I really like this one. It's a summer sweater. I completely expected it to be lightweight and the neon stripes are the perfect yellow neon. It's also a little bit longer in the length.

I purchased this sweater from the new arrivals at J.Crew Factory about 1 to 2 weeks ago. I thought it was so cute on the site. I got in the mail about 5 days later and I was shocked by the quality of this sweater. It should be a F21 sweater that is have bad it is. The dots are embrodiered but the sweater itself is thin and it's fairly short on me. This sweater would be ok for a petite gal if you could get it for about $20. Not worth the $52 I paid for it. What a rip off!

P.S. My hair needs help. Hair appt next Monday can't come soon enough!

I finally bit the bullet and bought these cute strappy sandals. I'm not quite sure when these were put on Target shelves but they still have a couple left at my super target. I really like this pair which also comes in a pink and metallic but a little pricey compared to this Mossimo pair for $30.  

 

We went to a baby blessing this morning of some dear friends. So happy their family has grown by one more, little baby Drew.

I'm really loving this crossbody bag I picked up during J.Crew Factory's final sale. It's a great pop of color for any outfit.

I wore the pink gingham shirt with this skirt today and not this tee. I just didn't want to wear it for these pics cause I thought that'd be boring since I wore the pink gingham in my last post. I like floral graphic tees with pretty skirts so I went for it.

 

Lately I've been noticing a little boy at church give me dirty looks. Now I've never actually spoke to this little boy. Why would I really? I wasn't in nursery with him when he was a toddler and I'm not his primary teacher but for some reason he seems to purposely look at me and give me these horrible looks. Looks like I peed in his lucky charms. I can't figure it out.  Why would a little boy who doesn't know me, never have interaction with me do that? What do you think?
