I needed something easy and comfy to wear today. I went to my son's awards assembly with a 2 year old in tow. Not the greatest experience I've ever had but I was a super proud mom when B got his award. Now this mom needs sonic happy hour...come on 2pm!

This outfit looked better in person. It could be that these pants are a boyfriend fit and that's new to me. They are definitely comfy and cute in person. There's a similar color & cropped pant at ON right now. Jessi from Haircut and General Attitude styled them.

I've learned from M loves M that you can buy these exact sandals at Target right now for 29.99! I bought mine at Marshalls, Dolce Vita for $39.99. I could have saved $10. UGH!

I like chambray tops paired with a denim jeans but I always thought I'd look silly wearing it. Um...surprise I totally love it and do you see the joy in my face ove my new bag. I'm in love!

I had Jury Duty last week and I got picked to be on the Jury. It was so much fun...not really.
Listening to the witnesses was interesting but then we had to deliberate and that was not fun. Trying to get 12 people from different walks of like to agree on a verdict is no easy task. The trial lasted about 4 hours and it took 5 hours to come to an agreement.
Overall it was a good experience.

The likelihood that I'll be wearing this clutch to church is slim to none. However I just bought this at a boutique near my home and I had to share! I'd been in this store a couple of times but mostly I've looked at clothes. It's lots of floral printed midi skirts, sequins, and jewelry...lots of costume jewelry. There's other stuff but those are always the first things I see.
Today I looked a little closer and found some Coach bags, Marc Jacobs bags, and a couple MK's. I picked this up looked at the price and then put it down. Looked around some more then came back to this clutch. I had just come from the MK Outlet store drooling over the beautiful bags at $200-$500. I really wanted to take one home so finding this one at the boutique was a total win-win!
This clutch is the perfect cognac color with the tassels and other details. I love it!
