jacket: ON, tee & flats: J.Crew Factory, jeans: Express via Marshalls, jewels: Stella & Dot

I had Jury Duty last week and I got picked to be on the Jury. It was so much fun...not really.
Listening to the witnesses was interesting but then we had to deliberate and that was not fun. Trying to get 12 people from different walks of like to agree on a verdict is no easy task. The trial lasted about 4 hours and it took 5 hours to come to an agreement.
Overall it was a good experience.

  1. Cute! Such a simple outfit, sometimes a stripe tee and military jacket is the best answer :D Eeeeee jury duty :(

  2. I posted the same jacket today (tan version)! I always thought that jury duty would be fun, well if it was an interesting case, but I am SURE the deliberating part would be such a headache! You're adorable as always!

  3. I am in love with this outfit! Stripes with the utility jacket is a great idea, and I'm loving the pop of color from the coral necklace.

I had jury duty before and I know what you mean. I thought that sitting in on the trial itself was interesting, but deliberation was terrible. Also, sitting and waiting in the "pool" waiting to be assigned a trial is not fun at all.
