I had planned on wearing something else but since I couldn't make it to all 3 hours of church I decided to save the outfit for next sunday. (Hint: I instragrammed my new skirt, follow me @methodclothe) The kiddies are sick and I think I have sympathy nausea. Who else is so tired of their kids being sick? Oy vay! I swear my kids have been since for a month.

 

I seriously hope your Sunday is better than mine!

Here's my second look for Rocker Chic. The only think rocker about this outfit is the heels. These sandels have some edge to them. I bought them about 2 years ago and hardly ever wear them. They are fun and I think I'll try to wear them more this coming summer.

My style is fairly classic with some trends and color mixed it. I rarely go for a rocker chic 1. because these pants are super tight 2. I just don't have the attitude to go along with it.

This is my late lunch and movie outfit for tonight. Hopefully I can keep it on that long. I'm a little afraid to wear it out of the house.

I had my hair stylist change my hair a bit. She added some more blond and carmel. I'm loving it. I was a little hesitant because I've never tried to go blond before. I'm attempting to do that but very slowly cause I'm a chicken when it comes to changing my hair.

 

What are your weekend plans? Tomorrow my sister gets in town from Provo. She'll be here for a short visit. We may do an outfit post of her on this little blog. Husband and I are going out with some friends and then seeing a movie.

Only thing new are the heels. I purchased them this week at Marshalls. They were having a pretty good shoe clearance and I snagged these up for $23 and they are a gorgeous color of blue. I wish I could have snagged up some more shoes. They had some Steve Madden ankle wedged boots but not in my size. I've seen Kendi Everyday wearing them here. I'm so glad the pointed heel is back because they make your legs look longer. I'm totally planning to wear this heel with a pair of skinny jeans, a floral print top, and some Stella & Dot jewels!

AND don't you just love orange and blue together, I do!

 

 

This top is a sheer pink peplum. I wore a white cami undernearth but I think it would look cute with a neon yellow cami too.

 I totally would have worn this outfit if I'd had a date this weekend. Friday, hmm...I don't remember what happened. That's normal when you have two kids forgetting everything. Saturday was the Packer v 49's game so no date then either. I'll shoot for next weekend.

Maybe some sushi and a movie!
