I took these photos on my front porch. I think I'll do this again. It would be a dream if I had a photog husband but it seems like everytime I hand him the camera it just doesn't work out well.

This is what I wore yesterday. I ordered a couple of things two weeks ago at the J.Crew Factory store online and I pretty much had to return everything and then I picked out this purple camp shirt ( I worn same style in green two sundays ago) and this polka dot skirt. I'm a little disappointed with this skirt. It stretched out as I worn. I needed to go down one size but it is pretty adorable.

Have any fun labor day plans?

I'm kinda crazy over the pave bracelets that have been all over the style bloggers. I keep crossing my fingers that I can get one off of eBay but I just don't see that happening. I'll have to save my pennies or maybe I'll just ask for one as a christmas gift. Whichever comes first I suppose. My husband gave me a hard time last week for getting low census at work. Basically sounded like I was on a budget. WHAT a budget! So I'm proving to him I can save and I just not go buy whatever I want....ahem a huge T.V. he purchased like 4 months not wife approved! Anyway I'm currently saving for pricey watch.

Are you saving for something special for yourself?
What are you currently loving? Do you love this pave bracelets as much as I do?

I did not want to get ready today. I just wanted to be at home and not do a single thing. Instead I had to take my child to school, go to Home Depot and pick out tile for the bathroom remodel, go to grocery store, and will soon be picking up child from school very soon.

And I was thinking why not where this necklace every single day this week. 3rd time this week.

This is a cute little top I picked up about 1-2 weeks ago from the GAP outlet. It's a silk on the front and knit on the back side of the shirt. I just love it. It's a gorgeous pattern and color. The white bubble necklace looks so fresh too. I really like this outfit and it was a throw together on Saturday.

I'm trying really hard to find versatile pieces from more inexpensive retailers like Target, ON, and my local GAP Outlet.

I bought this skirt a couple of weeks ago while DownEast Basics had their skirt sale. All skirts were $25. The regular price of this skirt is $35. I am very pleased with this skirt. It looks super expensive with the chiffon overlay and satin and has the high-low hemline which I LUV. I knew I wanted a mint/green button up to wear with it. I bought a white button up at ON and dyed it using vert green as I'd seen other bloggers do. It wasn't the color I wanted so I tried to dye the color out and do it again. Bad idea. Once you dye something just leave it!
So my next option.... Buy a green camp shirt from J.Crew :) and it's perfect.
I did waste $10 but learned a good lesson.

Happy Sunday friends!
