A month or so ago I was reading Uber Chic for Cheap. I've been reading Madeline's blog for a couple years now. She posted about a chiffon skirt from Old Navy. I liked it but wasn't sure if I would buy. Then about a week ago Old Navy was having a 30% off their entire site so I got this skirt for $12. I decided at that point it was a must have.
