I was totally going to sell this shirt the other day. I thought it didn't fit me anymore. Surprise I could wear it and it didn't gap at the buttons. It's a teal polka dot kinda hard to tell.

This skirt I just got, love it. The color is gorgeous!

Tonight is date night and we are actually paying for a sitter instead of asking family.

I mean Ellary is ONLY 15 months. No I'm not a paranoid! On the agenda SUSHI & THRIFTING. We go get sushi about once or twice a month. Thrifting is rare so I'm excited.

This outfit looked better in my mental picture. Plus I am always in jeans these day. I need to branch out! Yesterday I tried on some red skinnies which were just ok and I'm not entirely sure if a mom of my age should be wearing colored skinny jeans...

My last thought for the night...I was talking to my husband about how I don't have my readers for my blog. I think it's for a couple reasons.

1. I don't take outside pictures. (TRUE)

2. I like to wear name brands so therefore I spend a lot on clothes. (NOT TRUE I'm a bargain shopper. Always have a coupon and always buy items on sale.)

3. I don't write big long essays in my posts. (TRUE)

4. I don't have regular giveaways. (TRUE Except for this week & only 3 has entered!)

5. I'm sure there are more reasons of which I will think of another time. (TRUE)

well now to my post header... I'm very grateful that I am a mother and have two beautiful, loving, smart kids however (let the whining begin) I've never been crazy about Mother's Day. Seems like every mom is gussing about how she got breakfast in bed and she got the most amazing gifts and on and on. This is what I did yesterday. Did not get breakfast in bed, rather tagged teamed breakfast right before husband went to work. Went to church alone and tried to keep a 14 month old calm for 3 hours. Changed 2 dirty stinky diapers. Made lunch. Drove to inlaws with kids. Made dinner. Watched kids play outside after dinner. Drove home. Did a load of laundry and bathed kids.

Today I'd like to do nothing but I can't cause I'm a mom.
