I'm thinking I should rename my blog since I hardly ever post stuff about Breckin. This blog is not really about the family. More about me and what I like. For example on this post I am not going to talk about how we put the tree up today or that Breckin hung ornaments with us. Nope I don't talk about that stuff. It's not original enough for me but that is what we did today. Breckin is sick with a cough and didn't want to talk him to church. This morning for breakfast I made something awesome. I want to share the recipe cause it's yummy and easy to make. I got it from the Kraft mag but I changed it. It's better now.
Easy Baked Cheese & Vegetable Twist
3 eggs
4oz cream cheese softened
1/2 c shredded italian blend cheese
1c cooked sausage
1 c frozen broccoli, thawed, drained, and chopped
1/2 c fresh mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1 can refigerated crescent dinner rolls
Heat oven 375. Mix first 3 ingredients. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Unroll crescent dough. Arrange in a circle on parchement paper or foil lined baking sheet, with short sides of triangles overlapping in the center and points of triangles toward outside. (watch video) Spoon mixture onto dough near center. Bring outside points up and over filling. Bake 35min or until golden brown.

that sounds yummy, I don't really know what you should name your blog, but you did talk about your family today, so I don't know:) But I can't really think of any other names, I will try to though.
ReplyDeleteOk thanks Ceri. I purposely put that little tidbit of info in of my family.
ReplyDeleteU're funny Angela!
ReplyDeleteSadly I'm not good at coming up with names when I need to.
Hummmmm... what could you name it!
Why not change the name?!?! Think of something fun and exciting! :)
ReplyDeleteHow about Angela's thoughts, or The good life of Angela Duffner.
ReplyDeleteThe good life of Angela Duffner. That is a pretty good one. I do have a good life.
ReplyDeleteThat does look amazing! Thank goodness there is a video... I am so retarded when it comes to cooking. Great idea, once again :)
