Just doing some browsing tonight. I found these fine pieces at Banana Republic. I am loving all the color. I use to be so afraid of wearing color. I would really only wear blue. It matches my eyes. I still like all shades of blue. I really like funky yellows and greens lately. Like the Mustard Yellow from the my last post. That reminds me (side note) I was walking by the Anthro store not to long ago and I saw this bee sweater. I went home to check the price instead of walking in the store (cause I was with three kids, two males, and a female. Not the best time to shop for clothes) and ever since then I have wanted a funky yellow sweater. I also love the pieces {BR} uses to accessorize the clothes. So besides the yellow sweater I need some (want some) more accessories.

I have been noticeing that the swim collection for various sites are here or coming real soon. Summer is just around the corner. I love day light savings for many reasons. It does take me a while to get use to it BUT I love the sun being out longer. There is so much more you get to do. Swim longer, shop longer, go for a jog or walk later. It just makes me feel closer to summer and swimwear. Here are a few of my favorites for swim this summer. From Shade and DEB.

What swimwear are you buying for summer? Have you found any other modest options? Can you tell I love ruffles on swimwear too?

Ok readers...this is exciting. I have some wonderful news. Lands'end has a new webstore called Lands'end Canvas. I was searching Shopstyle for a skirt similar to a anthropologie skirt and I came across a skirt from Lands'end Canvas. I said to myself "What the heck? I never heard of this before." So I checked it out. I think you might just like it. It's similar to classic LE but a little more modern for the younger people. Lands'end has always had great quality but style. meh. What do you like from Lands'end Canvas? Leave a comment.

I went to the J.Crew Outlet store near me and I bought a skirt.
It's a great skirt. I love it. I do need to let the hem down slightly but
other than that it's great. Since I was there though all I can think about is
sweaters. Ruffley, frilly sweaters. There are many other places to find pretty
sweaters besides J. Crew, like Ann Taylor Loft. Loft even has pretty decent
sales. These two sweaters I really really want and I will be waiting for a
good sale or a coupon.
What do you think of these sweaters? Pretty simliar to J. Crew?

I found this in my inbox. There are some really great tops and
even a few skirts and dresses to choose from. I really like the
Smell the Roses Top. They also have accessories and their swim
collection is coming soon. Can't wait for that!!!

I was reading one of my favorite blogs. Uber Chic for Cheap, and she posted a blog that she liked. Freshly Picked by Susan which has tutorials and lots of other stuff. There was a tutorial on a simple skirt. I went to Joann's Saturday evening. Had a hard time finding any cute fabric but finally I did. I made it that night. Totally messed it up and then fixed it Sunday morning just in time to wear it to church. I am happy with it. I really love the avocado green color. I thought I would get compliments on it but I didn't. Oh well. I think it's cute. I wore it with a white blouse. Brown boots and a bracelet.

It's been a long week for me. My child has been sick and is still sick.
I found some pretty necklaces at Charlotte Russe to keep me happy.
Prices on these four necklaces are $6.99 - $9.50. I have never bought
a necklace from Charlotte Russe so I'm not sure about their quality.

Do you like these necklaces? Have you bought a necklace from
Charlotte Russe? Leave your comments.

I like the color pink but I like it more when it's V day. As a young girl, like most I'm sure, I really liked pink. It was my favorite color. As I got older I dispised the color. To me it represented young or girly. I didn't want to go grow up (I still don't, some things never change) and I didn't want to be girly. So for many years I refused to wear anything pink. I finally changed my mind when I was 18 years old and coming back home from my first year of college. I told my friend Lisa (Hi Lisa) that I was going to buy everything I saw in pink. That didn't happen but I did buy one pink tee from the Gap. It was one of my favorite shirts. It looked perfect with my pale skin and my blue eyes. And that is where my like for pink and {CLOTHES}!!!!! started. These are some of my favorite things PINK on Mod Cloth. I {love} the necklaces.
